I'm so glad for this blog as a vehicle to get the word out. For nearly 3...All I can say is a very big thankyou. For nearly 30 years I too have been struggling with extreme tiredness, upset and very uncomfortable stomache, fainting spells, excessive wind, fever etc. Visits to the doctor didn't do anything for my own thoughts. It just seemed to fanciful to them in that it might be food allergy or intolerance. And so it went on for years and then I started to think that it may have something to do with an intolerance to wheat and so cut down where I felt it was possible. I can see now that I wasn't taking it seriously enough as quite often the above symptons still kept manifesting themselves. Reading your blog has really helped me to see how much of a poison I am putting into my system and shall try harder in future to maintain a wheatfree diet.

Thank you for giving me confidence in my own thoughts and that I am not going mad, ("it's all in the mind" some would say).Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
